Windsor and Nottingham Revisit
Kirstie and Phil catch up with Steph and Mark who, in 2011, asked for their help to find a property they could live together and eventually have children in. Phil helped them find a project property with three bedrooms for nearly £40,000 under their budget. Today, they are still in the property which looks now looks very different. In 2020, Kirstie and Phil met Elliot and James who were looking to find a home they could share with four bedrooms and an open plan entertaining space in London. After a struggle with the budget, Kirstie found the pair a property, now Phil is back to find out what they have done with the space.
