Brighton and Hove

This time Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are by the seaside, searching around Brighton and Hove. Kirstie's hunting for a flat for Dani, who moved to Brighton to be closer to her kids when her marriage ended. Having rented for 12 months, she's decided Brighton is where she wants to put down fresh roots. Previously a hot air balloon pilot, Dani's certainly not afraid of adventure, but Kirstie soon discovers that when it comes to buying property, she's terrified. Phil's helping young first-time buyers Katy and Charlie. They've been quite spoilt while living with Katy's mum in their favourite spot of Fiveways in Brighton. Things were quite comfy until baby Lola came along. And with the addition of Harper the dog it's become a little too cosy. With a budget that won't cut it in Fiveways, they say they're prepared to compromise, but it's up to Phil to test it out.
