Kirstie is with Laura and Euan, who have recently returned to their native Glasgow from Sydney. But they are torn between their desire to be close to the vibrant West End or further out, where their budget will buy them something bigger. Phil has a wide brief with Miriam and David, who have spent eight months searching for their new home. He soon has success - the only problem is, they have each fallen for a different house.
