Episode 1
Sophie Morgan meets people building new lives around the things they love, beginning with a trip to Finnish Lapland to meet Bex and Steve, a couple who gave up their stressful jobs in the UK to start a new life in the wilderness of the Arctic Circle. In Northern Ireland, she meets Michael and Alex, a young couple who quit their jobs and home in Belfast for a more sustainable way of life in the lush County Down countryside, and meets Amira, a former beauty therapist from Blackburn, who made the decision to change her life, and that of many other Muslim women, by setting up an adventure group in the beautiful surroundings of the Lake District.

Episode 2
Sophie Morgan heads to the Lake District, the Scottish Borders, Leicestershire and the Inner Hebrides to meet people building new lives around the things they love. In Leicestershire, she meets up with Rachel and Sally, a couple in their 60s who are at the very beginning of a big life change. They have just taken delivery of a narrowboat shell which they are kitting out themselves before setting out on 'one last adventure'.

Episode 3
Sophie Morgan heads to the most southerly point of Ireland, to the wild island of Cape Clear, and the home of Ed who 40 years ago swapped a career as a teacher in the Midlands to follow his dream of looking after his favourite animal - goats. On the Norfolk Broads, Nick has changed his life from inner-city London teaching assistant to canoe builder, while in Devon, Sophie meets Yvette, who has changed her own life as well as the lives of countless girls and women by setting up a female inclusive surf school in the seaside village of Croyde. Sophie also spends time with Antonio, who lives a nomadic lifestyle after deciding to escape the stresses of a life working and playing too hard in the city.

Episode 4
Sophie Morgan heads to the Isles of Scilly to meet a couple who quit their London lives for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to run the general store on the idyllic Bryher. She also meets Marion, who has finally been able to turn a life-long passion for art into a career by moving onto a narrowboat on the Kennet and Avon canal.
