DC Isobel de Pauli moves to the vice squad at Bridewell and meets her new partner DC Mark Callaghan, where they investigate a man thrown from a balcony. The squad investigate a club owned by a drug supplier.
Cut from the Same Cloth
DCs de Pauli and Callaghan attempt to find a young girl and are both questioned over the abandoned arrest of Mikey Sullivan. DC de Pauli is not willing to lie for a colleague and rumours are started at work.
Lead Balloon
DC Callaghan and de Pauli interview a convicted paedophile in connection with the disappearance of a young boy. Callaghan is appalled to learn that local drugs baron Sullivan has put money into his brother's new bar.
Paper Trail
DC de Pauli investigates a case of petty violence and is drawn into John Sullivan's gangland past.
Death by Misadventure
The vice squad investigates the murder of a prostitute. DCs Callaghan and de Pauli find their private lives dragged into the station.
Pipe Dreams
A surveillance operation is threatened, and DC de Pauli is forced to choose between the job and her fiancé.
