Little Bear - Season 1

Mother Bear helps Little Bear discover that the only thing he needs to wear to keep warm in the snow is his own fur coat.

Little Bear and his friends Cat, Hen, Duck and Owl play hide and seek in the forest with Duck playing the seeker.

Little Bear makes himself a moon hat out of a cardboard box and springs and voyages to the moon to discover that the moon has bears, flowers and animals just like the earth.

Mother Bear is nowhere to be found, so Little Bear decides to make birthday soup for all his friends to celebrate his birthday.

A paint accident while helping repaint Hen's house turns Little Bear into a Polar Bear.  On his way home he fantasizes about traveling to the North Pole where the other Polar Bears live and playing with the Walruses.

Little Bear goes out to catch a fish for supper and runs into his friend Owl.  The two of them use their imagination to take them on a fantasy adventure where they catch many fish, an octopus and giant whale.

Little Bear decides to stay up all night so he can see the sunrise just like Father Bear does from his fishing boat far out on the ocean.

Little Bear discovers a fantastical world with Mermaids, giant clams and schools of fish as his imagination takes him under the sea.

Father Bear is returning from fishing out on the ocean and may be bringing a real mermaid home with him.

Little Bear has to stay in bed all day because he has the flu so his friends Cat, Hen, Duck and Owl come over to cheer him up and help him get better remedies of their own invention.

Little Bear, Cat and Duck decide to go exploring to the other side of the forest where a large tree grows out of a big, dark cave.

Little Bear and Father Bear spend the day fishing together.

Little Bear's bedtime stories turn into fantasy adventures that take him on a voyage with Vikings, bouncing up in the clouds and to China where he meets a Princess and a dragon.

With all his friends busy, Little Bear amuses himself by playing with his Shadow.  The two of them climb trees, sit with Frog and have supper together.

Little Bear's quest for the perfect present for Mother Bear's birthday has him on a wild goose chase until he realizes that the best present is the one he picked himself.

Little Bear is going to spend the day with his Grandparents.  Unfortunately the gifts he decides to take them get eaten along the way with the help of his friends Cat, Hen and Duck.

Little Bear spends the day playing with his Grandfather. They climb trees, play in the wheelbarrow and roll down hills.

Grandmother Bear tells Little Bear the story of how his mother made friends with a baby robin when she was a little girl.

Little Bear's hiccups cannot be cured by any of the unconventional methods used by his friends Cat, Hen, Duck and Owl.  Only Father Bear has the secret to curing hiccups for good.

Little Bear has a date to play with Father Bear but Father Bear has forgotten and is sleeping in.  Little Bear makes every attempt to wake Father Bear and finally succeeds with a delicious fresh baked muffin.

Father Bear and Little Bear go hiking up Pudding Hill where they meet a moose, a family of woodchucks and sleep together under the stars at the top of the hill.

Little Bear and his family and friends go on a picnic to the seashore where Little Bear discovers a new friend - the Mermaid.

Little Bear and Father Bear make Father's Famous Flying Flapjacks for Mother Bear and the bugs.

Mother Bear's Maracas start a game of "telephone" for Little Bear and his friends as the story of finding Maracas changes into a wild, pirate fantasy.

Little Bear takes candid shots of his friends with Father Bear's camera on the day of the family portrait.

Little Bear helps Emily, a little girl, find her way out of the forest and back to her parents camp and discovers a new friend.

Emily comes to Little Bear's house for a visit and plays dress up.

Little Peep's antics cause havoc during a croquet game.  Duck panics and Little Bear, Cat, Hen, Duck, Owl and Emily form a search party when Little Peep goes missing.

When the gramaphone breaks during Grandfather and Grandmother's Golden Wedding Anniversary Party, Little Bear's Band saves the day.

Little Bear, Cat, Hen, Duck, Owl, and Emily make some new friends - the Otters and have a fun filled day on a mud slide down at Hop Frog Pond.

On a dark & stormy night, when Little Bear is too frightened to go to sleep, Mother Bear gives Little Bear courage by telling him a story about how Father Bear beat Mr. Wind.

While picking berries in the forest, Grandfather Bear tells Little Bear a story about a frightened Goblin and his missing shoes.

Grandmother Bear and Grandfather Bear are bear-sitting Little Bear while his parents have gone to town.  Little Bear starts building a marble track which he insists he will complete before he falls asleep.

Grandfather Bear, Grandmother Bear and Little Bear discover many exciting treasures from Grandfather and Grandmother's adventures while cleaning out the attic.

Little Bear finds a Robin's egg and has to sit on it until it hatches.  Unfortunately, the baby bird thinks Little Bear is its mother.

Owl decides to throw Emily a "Because" Party.  Cat, Hen, Duck, Owl, and Little Bear all bring pretend food to the party but in the end Mother Bear and Father Bear show up with a chocolate cake and lemonade.

Little Bear, Cat, Hen, Duck, Owl and Emily put on a play to help the rains come.

Emily gives Little Bear a pen for a present when she leaves to go back to school.  Little Bear, with Father Bear's help learns to write and writes Emily a letter using the present she gave him.

While Little Bear is raking up the autumn leaves, he dreams about playing in the fall, winter and spring with Emily, Cat, Hen, Duck and Owl.
