Raising the Roof on a Tiny Fixer
Lex and Alana pick up an ambitious project helping a family find a spacious home in a fancy new neighborhood. The Sisters help them buy the worst house on the beautiful block and get to work on their biggest renovation ever. To achieve the desired open concept, however, the Sisters have to perform massive "open house surgery" on the home. Afterward, they start on a giant bedroom-bathroom addition that will add 600 square feet to the house.
