The Chesser family is expecting their first baby and needs to renovate and sell their outdated 1960's 2-story ranch so they can move into newer home in an area with better schools. Lex and Alana are on the case: Lex and project manager Trey run into problems with the hardwood flooring, while Alana tries to find the Chessers their dream home in a much sought-after school district.
