Getting Your Wings
As recently hired Life Flight paramedic Bobby is finally set to officially join the Life Flight crew, flight nurses Sam "Catfish" Miller and Joel must make weight or risk losing their jobs. Our crew works hard to treat a woman who not only shattered her leg in a multi-car pile-up but is also allergic to morphine.

It Takes a Village
When Dr. Le's patient goes into septic shock, she's forced to defend her treatment in front of her superiors while Aaron and Denise deal with a challenging motorcycle crash and must consider if they did everything possible to treat the patient's injuries. Meanwhile, as Dr. Gill teaches first-year residents what it takes to become a trauma surgeon, he must rush a stabbed patient into the OR, fearing that the knife pierced the patient's heart.

Keep Up or Burn Out
Dr. Gill treats a patient who crashed his motorcycle and Dr. Tyson deals with a teenager who mistakenly shot his face off with an assault rifle. Meanwhile, a flight crew is dispatched to help a paralyzed woman who might have broken her back. Through it all, our trauma surgeons find their unique ways of dealing with the unrelenting stress of the job.

Hog vs. Man
Our crew flies out to deal with a pediatric patient and must cope with the realization that sometimes even doing your best is not enough. The team also faces one of their most unusual cases yet when a man riding a motorcycle crashes into a group of wild hogs. Sometimes the pressure can get to everybody, so flight nurse Aaron has organized a skydiving trip for the Life Flight gang.
