Season 1
Lee Tae Joon is an excellent insurance fraud investigator. An unexpected case changes his life. He quits his job and recruits talented criminals, that he once caught, to form an elite fraud team. The team includes Hwang Soo Kyung, Go Na Byul, Roy Ryu and Jung Ui Sung. They scam wealthy criminals and return the money that they stole to the victims.

Tae Joon's Decision
Tae Joon's son, Seon Kyu wants to go home, but he only has three months left to live. Tae Joon asks the doctor that he will to anything if he can save Seon Kyu. Tae Joon decides to commit theft to save Seon Kyu, and he proposes a deal to Na Byeol and Eui Sung.

Asana
Tae Joon asks Roy and Su Kyung to join hands with him. Su Kyung finds Eui Sung and Na Byeol, and they also join a team with Tae Joon. Tae Joon starts to deceive So Ma to get the drug. Tae Joon finally gets a drug in his hand and goes to the hospital right away to give the drug to Seon Kyu.

Tae Joon's Is Back
Tae Joon's learns about new facts regarding the Mirae Biomedical case in the prison. Meanwhile, Eui Sung gets fascinated by Min Young Min who is famous for being young and rich. He invests his two million dollars to him, but he finds out that he is a con man. Eui Sung gathers and asks other members to help him get his money back.

Horses & the Super-Rich
Tae Joon and his team pretend to be the heirs to big fortunes to get closer to Min Young Min. To rile Young Min up with jealousy, they belittle him and dangle a fake investment opportunity in front of him. Na Byeol even acts like she is the youngest daughter of a big conglomerate chairman and makes Young Min dreams of becoming a rich family's son-in-law. Young Min finally decides that he wants to invest in breeding horses.

The Ghost Appears
Min Young Min goes to Namhae to see and check the horse deal. The team successfully pull off their plan and fool Young Min. Meanwhile, Ki Ho asks Tae Joon to find the person who attacked Lieutenant Park at a protest. The team looks for clues to solve the case, and they figure out that a powerful group related to the police is behind the case.

The Man Behind The Assault Case
Tae Joon and the team find out that the culprit is among the police. Roy runs into the Ghost who appeared to kill Lieutenant Park at the hospital. The team members want to stop the investigation as they learn that the Commissioner is behind the case. However, Tae Joon plans a trap to deceive the Commissioner.

The Corrupt Nursing Home
The team stops commissioner's scheme and solves he case. A mysterious man takes photos of the team members. Meanwhile, Na Byul finds out that her master who took her in is staying in a nursing home because of dementia. As they visit the nursing home, the team finds out that the nursing home is full of corruption and abuse.

Baek In Ho's Real Intention
Tae Joon tries to deceive Baek In Ho into shutting down the nursing home against his father's will while the rest of the team try to rip off money from Baek Jong Goo without Tae Joon knowing. Everything seems to go smoothly until Baek In Ho makes unexpected moves. Tae Joon and the team find out what In Ho really intends to do with the nursing home.

The Nursing Home and Courthouse
Baek In Ho plans to set fire to the nursing home and collect their life insurance money. Tae Joon and the members must figure out a way to stop the fire, rescue In Sook and the elders, and turn Baek In Ho and his father over to the police. Meanwhile, Tae Joon brings a new case to the team regarding a legal battle between a whistleblowing doctor and her former employer. The team soon realizes that this case is one close to Tae Joon's heart.

Find A New Witness
The team tries to find crucial evidence and witnesses to prove Dr. Jung Hyun Joo's innocence. Meanwhile, Tae Joon finds out that Jun Hyung, his old friend from his hometown, is behind the scheme involving a new drug called "Asana". When they are about to fail to win the trial with new witnesses, Tae Joon decides to appear in court as a witness.

Tae Joon Goes to Court
Tae Joon decides to go to court and stand as a witness as a father who lost his child at Sangjung Hospital. Tae Joon engages in a fierce battle against the man who is calling the shots on this court case from the shadows. Meanwhile, the team figures out that the man behind the scenes is Tae Joon's childhood friend Jun Hyung. After the court case, Tae Joon plans to get revenge.

Con the Legendary Con Artist
The team needs to deceive Choi Se Ri and her accomplices to get Cho Jun Hyung and Kim Nam Young, the presidential candidate. Meanwhile, Su Kyung recognizes Se Ri and finds out Se Ri's real identity. She and the team try to use Se Ri's past to their advantage in their operation. However, Eui Sung gets into a dangerous situation while carrying out the plan.

Saving Private Eui Sung
After Eui Sung gets into a dangerous situation, the team executes a rescue plan to save him. When everything seems to go according to the plan, the whole team finds themselves in an unexpected situation. Will Tae Joon be able to successfully complete the operation and save Eui Sung?

A Deadly Virus

The Counterplot
The team is informed by Hong Se Young, the only survivor of the secret laboratory, about the fact that Cho Jun Hyung and his boys are planning a virus terror attack at Kim Nam Young's Book Publishing Event. However, even under the risky situation, Tae Joon and his team decide to counterplot it by sneaking into the event. When they thought they got in successfully, the disabled alarm starts ringing, forcing Su Kyung into a corner.

Cho Jun Hyung is on the Run
The team thinks their operation was a success, but not long after, they are shocked to know that Jun Hyung escaped from the police during transport and he is on the run. Meanwhile, Tae Joon follows Jeong Han Gu, the CEO of Mirae Biomedical, hoping that he'd reach Jun Hyung.
