Yat-ha is determined to get to the bottom of the problem. He retrieves some important exhibit from some car wreck on the seabed. This has enabled Sun-hop to turn the situation around for the time being. To win the case, Ching-mui and Ka-lai are plotting to fabricate some medical report. Meanwhile, Mei-la is abruptly kidnapped. Sun-hop is forced to agree to Ka-lai’s terms. Ka-lai is full of himself in the courtroom. Meanwhile, a new witness is summoned to testify in court. The elegant lady sexual assault trial is concluded. Yat-ha tells Mei-la he loves her. Mei-la agrees to be his girlfriend and kisses him as she is moved by his sincerity. Siu-wang returns to Hong Kong and asks to see Mei-la’s trio. Mei-la reminds Sun-hop to treasure someone he loves. Sun-hop finally makes an important step. However …
