The small village of Bouzouls en Aubrac is in turmoil. Manue and Johanna, two police officers and friends, meet up for the big village festival celebrating the eclipse that will take place that very evening. But a tragedy disrupts the party. Nour, the daughter of new rural residents who have recently settled in the region, disappears after a terrible accident. Manue and Johanna investigate this disappearance in which their children are involved...

Épisode 2
The search for Nour intensifies. With each passing hour, the chances of finding the young girl diminish. Prosecutor David Levy, whom Johanna has known for a long time, is dispatched to the investigation. He questions Luca, Manue's son, who has been in a relationship with Nour for a year and a half. He claims that he has nothing to do with her disappearance. But as the investigation progresses, Manue and Johanna discover Luca's carefully buried secrets. The seemingly uneventful teenage romance he had with Nour contained many gray areas…

Épisode 3
Manue and Johanna are now working on a murder case. While looking into Nour's affair with an older man, the investigators discover the teenager's secret aspirations. Since she left Paris and settled in Bozouls, the young girl had been cultivating desires to escape. Manue and Johanna think that the suffering teenager fell into a trap that caused her downfall…

Manue is once again tested by the investigation. This time, the investigations focus on her nephew, Quentin Germain. The investigation unearths a dark story that pitted Nour against the teenager. Manue discovers with horror the dark side of this boy she saw grow up. Heir to a wealthy family of breeders in the region, Quentin presents a disturbing profile that makes him their number one suspect...

Épisode 5
While the investigators think they have their culprit, an unexpected twist reshuffles all the cards. Angèle and Luca, Johanna and Manue's children, find themselves in the sights of David Levy who assists them in their investigations. Guided by their maternal instinct, Manue and Johanna refuse to believe in their child's guilt. Banished from the investigation, the two friends tear each other apart...

Épisode 6
While Manue and Johanna are removed from the investigation, David Levy orders a reconstruction to determine the responsibilities of each. The teenagers replay the drama in front of the police. Estranged since their children were accused, Manue and Johanna will have to unite to discover the identity of Nour's murderer.
