After taking down Wheatley's drug empire and discovering his wife's killer, Det. Stabler must infiltrate a notorious crime family aiming to take over New York City's cocaine trade. Sgt. Bell is forced to work with a rival colleague when their investigations collide.

Stabler's loyalty is put to the test at work and again at home when his mother unexpectedly shows up. Bell and Jet navigate the newly established joint task force.

While Jet steps into the field to secure necessary intel for the team, Bell considers a proposition from Congressman Kilbride. Albi takes drastic measures to keep a secret safe. Stabler and Benson air some long-standing grievances.

As the task force makes a critical arrest in the case against the Brotherhood, the Marcy organization ups the ante with a dangerous shipment of illegal weapons. Stabler looks for ways to gain Webb's favor while staying loyal to Donnelly.

When millions are stolen from one of Webb's employees, he enlists Stabler and Donnelly to retrieve the cash and punish the thief. The task force takes an opportunity to nail down both Webb and the Brotherhood, but run into a dangerous obstacle. Bell must face the toll her job is taking on her marriage.

When a 9-year-old girl is kidnapped in connection with the Brotherhood, Stabler and the task force must work together with Benson and the SVU to track down the culprits before it's too late.

When the task force discovers a threat to Stabler's life, the pressure is on to gather all the evidence to put Webb away for good. Donnelly gives the Brotherhood surprising news. Nova is forced to take a drastic step to keep her brother safe.

As Stabler confronts the truth about his father, he unknowingly affects his situation with the Brotherhood; the task force works to track down Webb, who's gone off the grid; Donnelly will stop at nothing to ensure he isn't caught.
