Greg lives in Vermont and loves to wakesurf out on Lake Champlain. While he enjoys living near Burlington, he wishes he were closer to the lake. To achieve the home of his dreams on the water, he's going to bank on his buds as future tenants to help contribute to the mortgage by paying rent. With roommates Mike and Vicky in tow, Greg hopes real estate agent Kathy O'Brien can grant his wish for waterfront for only $360,000.
