While Güney, Kuzey and Burak are dealing with the crisis, Barış and Ebru Sinaner are making plans to save the future of the company behind closed doors. The financial situation of the company is not as shown to the partners. This plan, known only to Ebru and Barış, needs to be realized before the public offering.

After their conversation with Kuzey, Cemre desperately tries to hold on to her new life to no avail. Zeynep, on the other hand, finds a way to get closer to Kuzey using his birthday as an excuse. Kuzey says he does not want to attend any celebration. Zeynep not only draws everyone's compliments with the birthday present she prepares for Kuzey's, she also uses this situation to hurt Cemre. Kuzey appreciates the present but will not respond to Zeynep's advances. In the meantime, Cemre manages to hold herself from calling Kuzey to wish him happy birthday.
