Heather and Tim from Lothianburn enlist the help of the hosts to see if they can improve the seven-acre property they live in or if they should start fresh somewhere new. With Tim hating the dysfunctional layout, lack of storage and inadequate space for working from home Phil looks for a new place that ticks all the boxes. Heather however loves their home and isn't ready to leave considering the work and money they've put into making it theirs.
