All you can eat, bij de Chinees die Japans heeft geleerd. De komende weken peutert de Keuringsdienst een rolletje sushi uit elkaar. Een culinaire reis naar de trots van Japan, zonder dat we in Japan terechtkomen. Sushi in de polder. Aangenaam.
