Episode 1
Four pairs of best friends - Thomas and Oliver, Abigal and Ceriane, Alfie and Cassien, and Amina and Doreen - are put through their paces. They tackle Tube Strike together, then are put into the Mixer, a giant selector machine, which splits everyone up and spews them out into new pairs. Each contestant comes face to face with the enemy: the person who is now their frenemy.

Episode 2
Could you turn an enemy into a frenemy? Best friends Kelsey and Najah, Asal and Sasha, Gareth and Joseph, and Govind and Harris are prepared to do just that - because this is a game show with a twist. A giant machine called the Mixer wrenches the friends apart and jumbles them up into new pairs to become frenemies.

Episode 3
Four pairs of best friends put their friendships on the line to take part in the game show with a twist. Grace and Maddie, Jeremy and Frazer, Jazmin and Shanice, and Kipp and Alfie don't take part in all the challenges together - they are ruthlessly spun by The Mixer into new pairs. They then face amazing challenges and try to keep winning and avoid elimination.

Episode 4
Best friends Hannah C and Hannah T, Abigail and Naomi, Grace and Jack, and Sam and Joseph are put through the Mixer to form new pairs of Frenemies. They have to navigate through fiendish challenges, avoiding elimination, to get to the final where the winning pair of Frenemies are reunited with their best friends to battle it out to the end. The winners take home silver Hand of Friendship medallions and the losers get a one way ticket to Clagsville.

Episode 5
Best friends Charlie and Dorsa, Curtis and Jamie, Charlotte and Holly, and Kirsty and Ella are prepared to turn an enemy into a Frenemy in a game show with a twist. The Mixer spins them into new pairings before they do battle to reach the final, where they can be reunited with their best friends. The victorious friends are rewarded with friendship medallions, but the losers take a one-way trip to Clagsville.

Episode 6
What tricks will the Mixer get up to this time? Best friends Glen and Zain, Megan and Sarah, Hannah and Ellie, and Shravan and Francis are spun around and turned into new pairs of Frenemies to face incredible challenges in their bid to reach the final.
The finalists are reunited with their best friends to battle it out in the last nail-biting game. The winners will be rewarded with friendship medallions but the vanquished will be on the last train to Clagsville! Yuck...

Episode 7
Best friends Ellecia and Lydia, Daniel and Joe, Dani-Ceri and Nikisha, and Callum and Megan must turn an enemy into a Frenemy in a game show with a twist. The Mixer spins them into new pairings as they battle to reach the final, where they can be reunited with their best friends.
Who will walk away with the silverware and who will head for the shower after a massive clagging?

Episode 8
Best friends Jamie M and Owen, Jamie F and Oscar, Ruby and Shannon, and Alicja and Klaudia will not be playing together.
The Mixer will churn them up and make new pairs of Frenemies, which means the friends have to play against each other. After each challenge there will be eliminations and another mix up. Who will make it through to the final and get reunited with their best friends? It is all to play for and there is only one place for the losers to go - straight to Clagsville.

Episode 9
Alastair and Edan, Jessica and Sophie, Chloe and Aaron plus Curtis and Samuel have all volunteered to put their friendships on the line and take part in a game show with a twist.
They're put into The Mixer and paired up with Frenemies to play against their best friends. There are challenges and eliminations plus a massive clagging for the losers. Find out which pair win their silver friendship medallions and which pair receive a trip through the slimy, sticky clag!

Episode 10
Navjoyt and Megha, Jade and Danielle, Alex and Robert, and Eliza and George are all in the Mixer waiting to find out which enemy will become their Frenemy and what challenges await them. How will they manage when they play against their best friends? It's in the lap of the gods.
There are challenges, eliminations, lockdowns and a massive clagging for the losers. Which pair of friends will come out on top and pick up their friendship medallions as a lasting memento?

Episode 11
Best friends Zak and Harri, Ethan and Matthew, Kate and Bethany together with Anna and Rachel won't be playing in pairs. They must step into the giant Mixer, which will churn them into new pairs of Frenemies so the friends have to play against each other.
After each challenge there will be eliminations and more mix ups. Who will make it through to the final and get reunited with their best friends? It's all to play for and there is only one place for the losers to go - straight to Clagsville!

Episode 12
Catriona and Natalie, Rajkiran and Tyler, Megan and Tom plus Carys and Ryan have all volunteered to put their friendships on the line and take part in a game show with a twist. They will be put into The Mixer and paired up with Frenemies to play against their best friends. There are challenges and eliminations plus a massive clagging for the losers. Find out which pair wins silver friendship medallions and which pair receives a trip through the slimy, sticky clag!

Episode 13
Best friends Mattie and Kane, Chloe and Jaye, Imogen and Charlotte and Sam and Enrico are spun around and turned into new pairs of Frenemies, to face incredible challenges and hope for a place in the Final.
If they get that far, they will be reunited with their best friends to battle it out in the last nail-biting game. The winners are rewarded with friendship medallions but the vanquished are on the last train to Clagsville! Yuck.
