With the title of "Kawaii Creators of Tomrrow," we pick up creators that are getting attention. The dynamics of Japanese handmade market is more than 800 billion yen right now. The products that these creators are sending out is widening in variety and their unique and Kawaii world are being born time to time. Misha and Melody challenge in making the trendy decorative fake lashes. In the new segment, "Real Kawaii Life in Tokyo," we follow an American girl who makes an effort to become an idol in Japan.

Currently, a fashion that has been inspired by subculture is getting high attention in Harajuku, home of the new trends. Although a few years ago, subcultures such as anime, manga, and games were considered to be enjoyed only by the "OTAKU" and not by fashionistas, but there is a phenomenon that is changing this norm.
So, this episode's theme is "New Subcultures of Kawaii"! Here, we'll show you fashion brands and creators that are hot right now. MC's Misha and Melody visit the famous brand that is the pioneer of the so-called "Character Styling Fashion" which mixes anime and fashion together, and show us the latest trend. Also, you'll get to exclusively observe the brand's next collaboration artwork with a popular illustrator, Hiroyuki Takahashi.

The influencers, selected by the Facebook page of Kawaii.i who spread Kawaii all over the world are called, "Kawaii Leaders." We are now in the process of choosing the third round Kawaii Leaders. In this episode we will share with you the characteristics that some of the strongest candidates have. Also, Stella who was the first round Kawaii Leader goes on a Tokyo Kawaii tour and shows us the Kawaii spots in Tokyo.

Kawaii International celebrates its fifth year!
This episode, we report Genderless Kawaii. Currently in Tokyo, there is a new trend amongst boys. The characteristic is "Genderless Fashion" that values "beauty." And one of the predecessors, Usuke Devil has a lot of followers on SNS. We followed him for a day to find out how his "beauty" is created. He will teach us make-up tips and hints on how to look genderless. Also, we show "Genderless Fashion" shops for girls who enjoy boyish styles.
In the latest segment "Kawaii News Reporter," Audra, the fan of the show reports the Kawaii fan event that was held in LA. Additionally, we reveal three Kawaii Leaders for round three. And of course, there are regular segments such as Tokyo Photobook and Kawaii Tutorial! We deliver you with a lot of contents.

We have two segments this time! First we cover "It's a Retro Revival"! On the back Souvenir Jacket, there are designed stitchings that stand out. This was made as a souvenir for soliders that came to Japan after the World War II. Later, after 1970's it became a Japanese boys' fashion item. And right now, it is popular amongst girls! We go undercover to find out why!

The second segment is "Domo Time Capsule in the US Part1"! The Kawaii master, Sebastian Masuda and NHK WORLD collaborated together. "TIME AFTER TIME CAPSULE" is a project that Sebastian Masuda is working on. It is a hands-on participatory art project where they exhibit the time capsule in different cities of the world, and asks the participants to write a message or put in what they think is a Kawaii item in 20 years. In this collaboration, Domo, a NHK character, shaped capsule appeared! We report how it was like at the event in Washington, D.C. in America. Also it had their attention on the National Cherry Blossom Festival Parade that Kawaii fans participated. Don't miss the fun filled episode!

This time, we will introduce you to all the cool places in the backstreets of Harajuku, also known as, "Ura-Hara"!
