Kawaii Leaders are non-Japanese girls who love Kawaii fashion in Tokyo and actively send their styles and messages to the public.
In this episode, 5 Kawaii Leaders from each different part of the world come to Japan and go on Kawaii Tour in Tokyo.
They go to the school of Gyaru fashion, learn how to do Dessert DECO (Dessert-like decoration), and sneak into the photo shooting of Cosplay.
Finally they participate in THE EVENT in Tokyo.
What's gonna be the "Kawaii" that they found in Tokyo!?
