The junior vets help creatures in trouble, whatever and wherever they are. The junior vets check out some lemurs, get up close with Fluffy the python and meet a vulture called Derek. Also, there are some little piglets that need help, a horse that cries wonky tears, and the junior vets solve the mystery of Jess the cat's swollen stomach. Meanwhile, Johnny and Inel are entertained by a singing dog.
