Jujutsu Kaisen - Season 1

Yuji Itadori, a normal high school student with incredible athleticism would rather hang out with his senpai in the Occult Club than run on the track. However, after losing his grandfather, Yuji's club comes face to face with the grim reality of Curses. In order to save his friends, Yuji teams up with Jujutsu student, Megumi Fushiguro to exorcise the Curses and recover the Cursed Object: Ryomen Sukuna!

Following the delay of his Secret Execution, Yuji is brought to Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical School. He's interviewed by the Principal, who tests his conviction to see if he's worthy of becoming a Sorcerer.

Gojo's class of first-years gets their third and final student introduced into the class. The fiery Girl of Steel Nobara is initially unimpressed with her peers until she's given a task where she must work together with Yuji to exorcise a number of Curses. When faced with the life of another in her hands, Nobara looks to her past.

The three Jujutsu first years are send to rescue inmates of a detention center haunted by a Cursed Womb. With the potential to spawn a Special Grade Cursed Spirit, the young Sorcerers are faced with the choice to run or die.

Yuji is unable to take back his body due to repercussions from overusing Sukuna. The King of Curses takes advantage of that and decides that he's going to take the body hostage and kill Megumi. Feeling responsible for dealing with Yuji, Megumi prepares to face Sukuna on his own.

In the aftermath of his own death, Yuji comes back face to face with Sukuna. At the same time, Megumi and Nobara begin training for the Goodwill Event. Unbeknownst to them, Yuji returns to life to do training of his own under Gojo sensei.

Gojo comes under fire when a Cursed Spirit suddenly marks him for assassination. However, the battle that ensues proves to the volcanic curse Jogo that Satoru Gojo's abilities exist on a higher plane than his own. Seeing this as an opportunity, Gojo brings Yuji to the battlefield to teach him about Jujutsu battles and Domain Expansion.

The Kyoto Principal visits the Tokyo Campus to discuss the upcoming Goodwill Event. Megumi and Nobara are suddenly confronted by rivals from their sister-school. Gojo takes it upon himself to challenge Principal Gakuganji and the jujutsu conservatives himself. Meanwhile, Yuji begins a new investigation.

Yuji joins Grade 1 Jujutsu Sorcerer Kento Nanami on a mission to investigate the uncanny deaths of three students at a movie theater. Meanwhile, the witness, a student named Junpei Yoshino, and the culprit, Mahito, decide to become friends and discuss the nature of curses.

Junpei Yoshino and Mahito speak on what it means to be indifferent. Afterward, Junpei is confronted by Yuji Itadori while Kento Nanami enters Mahito's underground hideout.

Nanami and Mahito's clash comes to its chaotic conclusion while Yuji befriends Junpei over movies and even meets his mother. However, after her mysterious death, Junpei's heart falls down a dark path. Will Yuji be able to rescue him?

Yuji tries to reach what's left of Junpei's heart with both his fists and his words. He promises to bring him back to jujutsu high to make everything right, but just then... Mahito descends to impose his will.

Yuji and Nanami engage in the climatic battle against Mahito. They gain the upper hand, but the edge of death inspires the curse into activating Domain Expansion! With his mentor trapped in the palm of Mahito's hand, can Yuji rescue Nanami from certain death?

In the aftermath of the battles with Mahito, both sides return to their usual routines. Yuji finally goes back to school but his surprise return doesn't exactly go over well with his peers. Even so, the Tokyo students must come together as their rivals from Kyoto arrive for the Goodwill Event!

The Kyoto Sister-School Goodwill Event has finally begun! The Tokyo Team hatches a plan to use Yuji to distract Aoi Todo, but little do they know the entire Kyoto Team is targeting Yuji! When all odds are against him, Yuji finds an unlikely new best friend.

Aoi Todo is determined to help his new best friend Yuji reach all new heights. During their fight, Aoi teaches Yuji about cursed energy as a starting point down the path of the mighty. Meanwhile Panda and Ultimate Mechamaru duel in a clash of cursed corpses.

Kasumi Miwa learns that the rank does not reflect the strength of the sorcerer when it comes to Maki Zenin. Momo and Nobara clash over their ideals as female sorcerers and a fierce sibling rivalry finally concludes.

Megumi and Noritoshi confront their similarities and differences through battle. However, the Goodwill Event is suddenly upheaved by a sudden invasion!

The special grade cursed spirit Hanami has invaded the Goodwill Event! Can the students survive the onslaught and escape the curtain with their lives?

The invasion of the Goodwill Event comes to a climactic end with Satoru Gojo joins the battle! However, the victory may as well be hollow. Mahito lurks in the background, with his schemes going off without a hitch.

In the aftermath of the curses' invasion of Jujutsu High, Geto's schemes for Satoru Gojo move into the next phase of planning. Meanwhile, rather than mourn, the students decide to finish off the Goodwill Event with a competitive game of baseball.

Tokyo Jujutsu High first-years Megumi, Nobara, and Yuji are sent out to investigate the mysterious deaths connected to the former's alma matter, Saitama Urami East Junior High. Meanwhile, Mahito and Geto continue their schemes, incarnating one of the Cursed Womb: Death Paintings.

Megumi is able to exorcise the Yasohachi Bridge Curse, but the threat doesn't end there. Meanwhile, Yuji and Nobara come face to face with the brothers of the Cursed Womb: Death Paintings and are threatened with death by wasp!
