Joe is joined by Sara Pascoe as he explores some of the dubious practices of the gambling industry. Joe opens a betting shop aimed at kids with the help of street artist Foka Wolf, gets thrown out of a casino with an honest advert for his own VIP club and looks at the effects of online gambling on assistant Mark Silcox's brain.

When these diamonds are linked to a series of bombings in Belgium, Emer is forced to work with Police Commissioner Christian De Jong.
