Each candidate will go on three interviews and viewers will follow along to find out if s/he lands three, two, one - or zero offers. Jane Buckingham will be the Career & Lifestyle expert (a.k.a. The "Fairy Jobmother"), dispensing advice on how to learn from their mistakes, where to shop and eat, how to get around town, where to find housing, and the realities of entering the job market.
