The pack arrives safely but on the first night one wolf rips open the top of the wolfhouse and gets out onto the roof. Soon, however, the wolves are out and about exploring their new reserve with its pools and woodlands and also welcome four new pups to their pack. Ewa the polar bear is joined by two other homeless bears - Flocke and Tala.

Episode 3
As Diego the bear is a social animal and needs the company of other bears, Jimmy and park director Stevie bring in Brunhilda from Romania. But the two bears argue - and no one wants a bear fight. And another polar bear called Hope joins Ewa, Flocke and Tala on the reserve.
