Jamie Oliver celebrates the ingredients that can help the brain to function, starting by serving up a salmon traybake served with harissa-spiced chickpeas and couscous. He follows this up with chicken balls in a vibrant vegetable broth - a dish that includes B vitamins - and spinach and lentil fritters packed with iron - which helps transport oxygen around the body. Jamie also explores the latest science around how fibre can help the immune system, turning one of the best sources of fibre, beans, into a brunch or lunch using crispy filo pastry, egg and spices.

Jamie Oliver serves up seared tuna with wholegrain rice and a tangy kimchi sauce - a powerful combination of vitamin D and calcium that is said to benefit our bone health. Next, Jamie knocks up fibre-packed overnight oats that are good for reducing cholesterol and a nourishing chicken and mushroom hotpot. He also explores the science behind kiwi fruit's incredible sleep-inducing potential.

Jamie Oliver showcases ingredients that are good for the heart, serving up a steak dinner and fish filo parcels with beans. He also prepares a green orecchiette pasta packed with broccoli and spinach, oaty fridge balls, and spicy tofu and sweet pepper eggs, as well as investigating the latest gut-health science.

Episode 5
Jamie Oliver demonstrates how he incorporates more white fish into his diet, by serving up cod in crispy filo pastry and a sensational tomato orzo. Next, he combines calcium-rich tofu with mushrooms containing vitamin D to deliver a crowd-pleasing stew with dumplings, and cooks up prawn curry using chickpeas and sweet mango.
