Salma Hayek, Wild Mushrooms and Kibbeh
Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty are joined by Hollywood star Salma Hayek as Salma swaps the big screen for the kitchen. On the menu, inspired by Salma's father's roots, is mouth-watering Lebanese kibbeh - a dish that's packed with memories for the star. Jamie cooks crispy duck and pancakes. The boys rally the nation to fall in love with mussels. And Jimmy uses a drone to hunt for wild British mushrooms.

Lindsay Lohan, Venison, Spear Fishing
This time it's the turn of everyone's favourite Mean Girl to bring some Hollywood glamour to the cafe, as Lindsay Lohan hits Southend. On the cafe menu is a chicken pot pie inspired by Lindsay's favourite New York restaurant and her Italian grandmother. Also, Jamie Oliver cooks venison with a red wine and chocolate gravy. The boys speak up for getting fresh black pudding back on the menu. And Jimmy Doherty has a try at spear fishing.

Alesha Dixon, Salmon en Croute, Truffles
TV judge Alesha Dixon is in the cafe with Jamie and they cook-up a spicy prawn dish. Jamie gives a salmon en croute a new twist. Plus Jimmy goes wild for truffles.

Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty welcome Michael McIntyre, one of Britain's best-loved comedians, onto the pier. Jamie teaches Michael how to cook a beautiful scallop dish.
