Episode 16
In episode 16, James visits the historic Pegasus Bridge in Normandy. James sets up his mobile kitchen in one of the many Calvados orchards in the area, to make a dish of artichokes with hollandaise. James also visits restaurant Le Pavé d'Auge in one of the most beautiful towns in France, to see a chef who likes to cook with as much butter as him.
