Tom Bradby presents through-the-night coverage of the battle for Number 10 Downing Street, revealing who will lead the country for the next five years. It's anyone's guess who will win the most coveted position in UK politics, but whoever it is, they will have to have some staying power to beat the Whig party's Robert Walpole. His tenure at Number 10 ended in 1742 when he resigned after 20 years and 314 days as PM.
