Shinobu's Special Napolitan
Gernot is a tax collection agent capable of scaring a crying child into silence. He'll do anything to milk people out of their tax money. This terrifying man sets his eyes on Nobu. While waiting for Chief Nobuyuki to return to the pub, he begins nitpicking and criticizing every part of the establishment that he can.
It's then that he sees a pasta dish that Shinobu whips up for the staff. This is the tale of Gernot's fateful encounter with the joy and splendor known as napolitan.
