"In this corner of the world" is an anime movie which will be on screen from November 12 in Japan.
The story takes place in Hiroshima Prefecture during the World War II. It describes the point of view of a young girl SUZU, who has a hard time surviving amidst the war. The director is Sunao Katase. He has previously worked as a creator in anime production with Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata.
"Mai Mai Miracle" is an anime movie directed by Katase in 2009. It was a long running hit movie and became famous and popular by word of mouth. He is renown worldwide and has won several awards. Check out his latest work which took him 6 years to make!
