The Grand Rapids team then sculpts a hookah for a local hookah lounge and leaves the place in a cloud of sweet smelling smoke.

An overabundance of scrap ice in the work freezer has Randy and crew taking their skills outdoors for some ice sledding. Then it's Star Wars night for the Muskegon Lumberjack's hockey team, and the sculpture on order for loyal fans attending the event is one based on Han Solo and a poignant scene from The Empire Strikes Back. With all that, the Ice Brigade still finds time to design an authentic air hockey table deemed a perfect fit for a kid's birthday party, with sound effects and all.
