With a new team ethos in place of ‘back to basics, guests come first' will David be able to keep his crew focused on the job in hand?

Much to David's frustration and Jordan's disapproval, relationships are blossoming, with Tash and Jaden getting together and Riva and Callum growing closer.

Tash feels awkward as she realises she is starting to have feelings for Jaden, and Head rep David decides to treat himself.

It's the start of another explosive weekend on the White Isle of Ibiza - with El Jefe putting pressure on Callum and Tash to come clean over their secret.
