Taking the Leap
Hopeful entrepreneurs decide to quit their steady 9-5 jobs to focus on turning their side hustles into full-time money-making businesses. But after taking the leap, they discover that entrepreneurship is a lot more challenging without a safety net.

Going All In
Esrever wine company owners juggle day jobs while trying to expand, and young newlyweds gamble on their new clothing company, Versattire. Blue Coolers is dealt a serious setback, Mike D sacrifices family time and Klado struggles to focus a business plan.

Easier Said Than Done
Making a product is challenging, but selling it is even harder. With sales in a slump, the mentors will need to intervene to get the struggling entrepreneurs back on track and back in the black.

Two Steps Forward, One Step Back
At the advice of the mentors, the entrepreneurs employ new tactics to expand their businesses and attract new customers. However, stormy weather, inadequate sales pitches and lackluster attendance threaten to derail the entrepreneurs' efforts.

Picking Up the Pieces
With $100k looming near, the entrepreneurs aim to prove that they can successfully grow their businesses. But disagreements between partners explode, leading to frayed relationships, risky investments and shattered expectations.

Partners in Conflict
Alex and Sibrena's meeting with their mentor comes to an explosive climax. Esrever's trip to a wine festival takes a shocking turn. Matteo's wife Julie proves to be a valuable asset, but making her a partner in Versattire is easier said than done.

Uncertain Futures
Mentor Tricia Clarke-Stone visits Ashanti, Tyshemia and Jasmine once more to find out if their Esrever wine business has a future. Meanwhile, Versattire's Matteo and Julie fly to Paris Fashion Week, and Blue Coolers' Marcus and Chris hit the road.

Winner Takes All
While all of the businesses faced challenges, three of them have impressed the mentors with their perseverance and passion. The entrepreneurs are invited to New York for one more mentoring session...unaware that one of them will walk away with $100,000.

The Repair Shop
The Repair Shop is a workshop of dreams, where broken or damaged cherished family heirlooms are brought back to life.
Furniture restorers, horologists, metal workers, ceramicists, upholsterers and all manner of skilled craftsmen and women have been brought together to work in one extraordinary space, restoring much-loved possessions to their former glory.
Many of these items have incredible stories behind them and a unique place in history: from an accordion played in the Blitz by a woman who is now in her 90s, to a beautifully crafted clock made by a father who was completely blind; a Pinball machine that is currently being used as a kitchen counter, and a Davenport desk with its trademark fake drawers which fooled burglars - and their crowbar.
The Repair Shop is an antidote to our throwaway culture and shines a light on the wonderful treasures to be found in homes across the country.

The Gilded Age
The American Gilded Age was a period of immense economic change, of huge fortunes made and lost, and the rise of disparity between old money and new.
Against this backdrop of change, the story begins in 1882 — introducing young Marian Brook, the orphaned daughter of a Union general, who moves into the New York City home of her thoroughly old money aunts Agnes van Rhijn and Ada Brook. Accompanied by Peggy Scott, an accomplished African-American woman, Marian inadvertently becomes enmeshed in a social war between one of her aunts, a scion of the old money set, and her stupendously rich neighbors, a ruthless railroad tycoon and his ambitious wife, George and Bertha Russell.
In this exciting new world that is on the brink of the modern age, will Marian follow the established rules of society, or forge her own path?
