U.S. version of the British show Love Island where a group of singles come to stay in a villa for a few weeks and have to couple up with one another – those who fail to find a partner to couple up with risk being dumped from the island. In Wyoming, Nicole will take on an 1890s house subjected to a bad flip, and, in her hometown of Detroit, she'll purchase one of the dirtiest abandoned homes she's ever seen. Nicole takes ramshackle homes from the wrecking ball to their original stunning glory. Whether it's managing her rugged crew or wrangling city officials, this single mom wields her hammer with skill and returns condemned properties to their place as the pride of the neighborhood.

The Snake will follow 15 people from various professions trying to manipulate their way to becoming that week's snake, who decides who stays and who leaves the show, through a series of challenges. Each week, the winner of each challenge earns control of ‘The Saving Ceremony', an elimination that is about who will save certain contestants with people making friends, faking friends, or sparking romantic connections with the winner taking home $100,000.
