Erica and Jeff are ready to buy their first home together in the Los Angeles suburbs. Erica, a nurse, wants a clean and modern space, whereas her husband prefers a more rustic style; they're both hoping for an open floor plan for hosting poker night with their friends. Erica is open to a fixer-upper since she has great faith in Jeff's handyman skills. Jeff, on the other hand, is more reserved about his renovating abilities.
