Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander are in London, the south coast and the Welsh Valleys looking around three very different properties that were sold at auction. Martin meets a publican who bought a three-storey house in a Welsh village and refurbished it in record time. Lucy looks around a beautiful Georgian town house in Margate converted into eight flats, while Martin looks at a more modest maisonette in London.
