A fifth-floor flat in Greater Manchester, a three-bed semi in Carlisle and three commercial buildings near Stanstead are all sold under the hammer. One of the developers has a pressing deadline to finish his renovation work - he needs to be done in time for the lambing season. But will anyone be flocking to live in his refurbished property when it's done?
