Dion Dublin visits a stone cottage in Tilton on the Hill in rural Leicestershire while Martin Roberts is at a property auction buy in Croydon on the outskirts of London and Lucy Alexander meets two friends who have bought a bungalow in Rainham in Kent. The new owners all have very different ideas on how to tackle their developments, but will it all go according to plan?
