Two brothers buy a bungalow for their mother in Blurton in Staffordshire, and property developers buy a huge barn in Upwell in Norfolk and a large three-bedroom flat in London's Tooting. They have ambitious plans for their investment, but will they be able to pull off the sought after wow factor?
