A flood-damaged house in Carlisle is brought back to life, and work is carried out on a piece of land in Breadsall Hilltop in Derby and on a semi-detached house with a great view in Alsagers Bank inStaffordshire. All three lots were sold under the hammer and Martin, Dion and Martel follow the progress on the auction buys.
