A first time buyer wants to make a home from a house in Brompton, Kent, while a house in Workington in Cumbria is bought by a team starting out on property developing. Plus two cousins have big plans for a bighouse and garden in Great Barr, West Midlands. Martin Roberts, Dion Dublin and Martel Maxwell tour the properties and meet the new owners embarking on their projects. But will any of them manage to make a profit?
