The Flood House is on its way to completion; the showpiece gas fireplace with custom mantle brings Barb to tears; More structural issues are found at The City Barn, causing Mike and the team to worry.

Mike and the team start work on a third house that has been heated by a small gas fireplace for over 10 years; The home is crowned The Toxic Townhouse after a home inspection uncovers terrible toxic elements in the air.

No Bones About It
The police arrive after Michael makes a startling discovery while digging the footings in The City Barn; Over at The Toxic Townhouse, Mike shows the homeowners the structural issues by the stairs and the dangerous gas line installation.

Bringing the Heat
At the Toxic Townhouse, Mike and the team are installing a new furnace to replace the old gas fireplace; Michael finishes Jake's new custom Command Centre; It's time to welcome Patricia and Rod back home as The City Barn is finally revealed
