Ilfracombe and Combe Martin, in North Devon, England

In this episode, property expert Amanda Lamb, presenter and JLS star JB Gill, and DJ and presenter Sam Pinkham are in north Devon visiting Combe Martin and Ilfracombe looking for sensational and scenic retreats.
Devon is one of the UK's most popular areas for staycations, with stunning natural beauty, beaches and great food galore. Ilfracombe and Combe Martin in the north of the county have all of this and more, so our brilliant trio are here to see four incredible holiday homes.
JB kicks us off with a townhouse in Ilfracombe's magnificent harbour. It's a stone's throw from the sea, so the location is top notch, but will the lack of extras let it down? Amanda's option is a hilltop farmhouse overlooking the sea with commanding views all the way to Wales, and Sam rounds us off with a sustainable dream, located in a Grade II listed barn conversion to die for.
Then there's the mystery property, which is super special: a tepee deep in the countryside with incredible views. With four awesome and unique holiday homes to choose from, which will be deemed the doyen of Devon getaways?
