And Fiona road-tests the marriage MOT which is designed for over 50s who are approaching retirement and want the state of their relationship looked at by a professional.

In this edition from Glasgow, Dr Rangan takes an in-depth look at the winter flu and asks if the country is better prepared this year than last. Fiona investigates the world of facial fitness, and there is advice on how to tackle fuel poverty.

Episode 3
This edition from Manchester meets the 101-year-old man who suffered a horrific burglary. The programme asks whether crime against seniors be made a hate crime, Dr Rangan examines if e-cigarettes should be available on the NHS, and Fiona investigates mattresses.

The programme meets the OAP hoarders who are being threatened with eviction. And what lessons can be learned from Japan, the country with the longest life expectancy in the world.

Jo Conran is a single mum working as a flight attendant. Her son is serving a fifteen-year sentence in a Bulgarian prison for a murder he swears he did not commit. Jo is approached by a gang who know all about her son and is blackmailed into using her job to smuggle drugs.
