Come Sit with Me

Donald and Dina leave city life behind in favor of more space and a bigger yard, but their new house is stuck in the 1970s and matches every other house on the block. With a budget of $150,000, they're looking to give their home a bit of character, so designer Jasmine Roth gives the house an edgy, cool exterior and opens up the inside, adding custom industrial touches. With a floating, rainbow ombre staircase and accordion doors that create a breezy indoor-outdoor space, Donald and Dina can enjoy the perks of being in the suburbs without sacrificing their unique aesthetic.
