Hello Kitty and Friends are having a Culinary Costume Day at Friendship Park. In true mad scientist fashion, Chococat is debuting his shrink ray to condense flavors to bite- sized perfection. But things get out of hand when the ray accidentally shrinks Badtz- maru and Keroppi. Will Chococat figure out how to get them back to normal size or will Badtz-maru and Keroppi be bite-sized forever?
