Mia claims that the spirit of a man who died suddenly has been haunting the family.

Heather claims to hear balls bouncing upstairs and children running back and forth across the landing. She has heard mysterious voices over the baby monitor. Heather believes that one of her children, Carly Beth, has been talking to the ghosts. Mia claims that the Harris house contains a portal - a doorway to the other side.

Bob's wife took a photo of their home and they claim a face appears in an upstairs window although no one was in the house at the time. They also say a female ghost that they have nicknamed Mabel haunts the house. Mia claims that the spirit of a past occupant does not want to leave the house.
