It's April 2015 and the start of the long Easter Bank Holiday weekend as the vault in the basement of the Hatton Garden Safe Deposit Company is locked up and closed for business.
The light is just beginning to fade as 76-year-old Brian Reader watches the front of the building from around the corner, waiting for the building to empty.
