Spring is in the air, and Guy is expressing his poetic pizzazz with a springtime pesto, some peas, and...tequila! It's a perfectly roasted Arugula Pistachio Pesto Chicken, some spring satisfaction by way of Sunchoke and Split Pea Soup topped with Goat Cheese croutons, and a Strawberry and Tequila Granita that blurs the lines between dessert and drink.
